Collaborative Piece Public Art
This is a collaborative art project during which I paired up with a partner with a similar public art proposal idea and out together a public art piece together using both our ideas. The concept behind this was to self-regulate ourselves are partners to getexperience in the field of collaborative art.

Me and my partner decided to expand on the Mirror Maze concept along with the rain dance installation that sprays water as people are exploring the maze. The reason we decided to combine our pieces together is so that people can get lost inside of the maze as well as look at each other reacting to the rainwater that is falling on them. Since the rain will bring the childlike nature of the humans out, as they watch that process happening to each other, they will experience a feeling of connectedness to the childhoods of others. The mirror maze has mirrors on both sides of the slates and they are distorted. This is because it connects to the thesis of dreams and abstraction, since people will be able to view themselves as abstract. The rain dance element of the sculpture adds a new effect ot the sculpture; it is intended to bring the child-like nature in adults back.
